First of all I want to thank all of you that have complied with the ongoing fire inspections. I know that it has been a major inconvenience for some and life changing for others. It is satisfying to see hangars used once again for the storage of your aircraft first and foremost rather than storage for everything else and your aircraft. If you have not corrected any of the violations and are coming up on your third re-inspection you may receive a $150.00 fine from the fire department. Do not panic if you have already contacted the office with a plan to comply, we will extend the time period as necessary. I cannot express the importance of complying with the requests of the fire inspector. If the office has contacted you for keys/combos to your hangar it is because we need to do in house electrical repairs in order for your hangar to be in compliance. Non-compliance and/or refusal e to comply in a timely manner will result in the termination of rental/lease agreements. Once again I want to thank those of you that have passed your inspections. This will be an annual event, so next year should be a cake walk.
