URGENT NOTICE

To All Airport Tenants:

It has been a few months since the notice that every hangar on the airport would be inspected by the fire department. Well, that time has arrived.

We will start inspections on May 16th , at 0800 and resume on the 17th at 0930. The hangars scheduled to be inspected are numbers 1-69. With due notice the Fire Department has the right to enter any hangar for the purpose of a safety inspection. All of the inspections will be done under the supervision of airport personnel. If you would like to be present during the inspections we estimate that each hangar will take 5-7 minutes to inspect, so plan accordingly as to where you fall in line.

Please plan on making access easy on these days by either leaving a key or combo with the airport office. We will enter every hangar in sequential order with or without easy access. The current plan is to then inspect as many hangars as possible on every Thursday morning until they are all done. If any violations are found, you will be given a appropriate amount of time to correct them.

Once again if you are currently in hangars 1-69, these hangars will be inspected on May 16th starting with hangar #1 and ending on May 17th with hangar #69.

Remember that we are doing this not only for your safety, but for the safety of your neighbors as well.

Thank you

Bob Cable, President Cable Airport Inc.
